Q: Can You accept the order on manufacturing of spare parts to the excavators, issue of 1970 year?
A: The plant manufactures the spare parts to all earlier models of an excavators.

Q: How can we make an order on manufacturing of spare parts?
A: It is necessary to send the application on spare parts desirable with indication of draft number on Tel/fax: (0942) 53-13-19, 53-06-52.

Q: What are the terms of guarantee attached to the delivery of an excavator?
A: The guarantee period of exploitation - 12 months from the date of putting of an excavator into operation if the guarantee turning out is not more than 1500 motohours, but not more than 18 months from the date of dispatch from plant-manufacturer.

Q: What is the guarantee period of exploitation of replenish parts?
A: The guarantee periods of exploitation of replenish parts (engine, compressor, hydrotransformer etc.) - according to the passports on this units.

Q: What is the difference between the excavator of model EO-5116 and earlier model EO-5111B?
A: Excavator EO-5116 differs from the excavator EO-5111B by the elongated coasting and the design of the cab. The cab of operator is separated from the machine room. There are more comfortable conditions for the operator because of lowering of noise, vibration and hermetisation of the cab. There is more powerful engine YMZ-238 GM2.
