Drilling machine BM - 2501-1 is intended for use in boring verti-cal wells under protection of casing pipes with diameter 0.62, 0.75, 0.88, 1.0, 1.18 meters by depth up to 30 meters in weak and irrigation soil and also in un-frozen stable 1-4 category soil. Drilling machine is used in erec-tion of auger-filling and auger-secant piles in building founda-tions and walls in soil of indus-trial and transport structures, in-cluding water-meadowing and channeling bridge supports, bearing breast walls and etc. Large set of removable working tools increases possibilities of drilling machine. Types of working tools are following: shovel auger, rocking shovel auger, screw auger with mecha-nized unloading of soil, rocking screw auger with mechanized unloading of soil, bar grab, per-cussion chisel. A percussion chisel and grab al-low overcoming of stony seams. Availability of an auxiliary winch with carrying capacity 7 tons on the machine makes pos-sible to conduct works for as-sembling - dismantling of casing pipes and for setting of steel armcarcasses. One operator without going out makes transfer of the machine from transport to working po-sition from driver's cab. Leveling system of mast in lengthways and transverse flatnesses in limit plus (minus) 5 degrees is introduced at BM - 2501-1. It reduces a great extent requirements to working ground and excludes nesessarity to move the machine in case of slight subsidence of soil or plates under its. Drilling machine can be exploited in areas with temperate climate within a temperature range of environment from plus 40 degrees centigrade to minus 40 degrees centigrade. |
